The main theme of the 2026 Congress focuses on the multifaceted impacts of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and sustainable transformation on people, society, the environment, health, education, production, culture, the economy, technology, and management processes. Studies addressing these issues through the concepts, methods, and findings of different disciplines are particularly encouraged.

Congress submissions are not limited to the main theme. Applications can be submitted with original works in the social sciences, educational sciences, health sciences, engineering and technology, natural sciences, fine arts, design, architecture, sports sciences, law, economics, management sciences, and other announced scientific fields.

Academic Incentives, Associate Professorship and Appointment-Promotion

The EPISTERA 2026 International Interdisciplinary Congress is based on the principle of conducting scientific evaluation and publication processes in a documented manner. Papers presented at the congress and published congress outputs can be used in academic incentive, associate professorship, and academic appointment/promotion applications, provided that they meet the applicable legislation and the evaluation criteria of the relevant institutions at the time of application.

For the papers presented within the scope of the congress, participation and presentation documents will be prepared; an ISBN-numbered Abstract Book and an ISBN-numbered Full Text Proceedings Book will be published. Records and documents relating to scientific evaluation, single-blind peer review, paper registration, participation and presentation documents, and publication processes will be created and maintained by the congress organizing committee.

To facilitate the preparation of necessary documents for academic applications, the stages of abstract submission, peer review, acceptance, registration, payment, participation, presentation, and publication will be recorded. The final decision regarding the evaluation of congress outputs within the scope of the relevant application rests with the authorized institutions and committees reviewing the application.
