Forms of Participation
EPISTERA 2026 International Interdisciplinary Congress, December 9–11, 2026 It will be held in a hybrid format allowing for both in-person and online participation on the specified dates.
In-person sessions: Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute, Piridastgir Street No: 2, Bukhara, Uzbekistan.
Online sessions: The event will be held via ÇEBSADER Meet. Session links and technical information will be communicated to registered participants after the congress program is published.
Presentation languages The languages are Turkish, English, Uzbek, and Russian.
Participation Fee
The participation fees determined to help cover the organizational expenses of the congress are as follows:

Participants who are having difficulty meeting the participation fee can contact the congress secretariat.
Registration and Payment Process
Abstract submissions December 4, 2026 Applications will be accepted until [date]. Applications will be scientifically evaluated in the order they are received, and final acceptance notifications will be sent no later than [date]. December 5, 2026 It will be sent on [date].
Registration and payment must be completed after acceptance of the notification and no later than December 6, 2026. The payment receipt should be sent to the congress secretariat via email.

Services Included in the Participation Fee

The accepted paper will be included in the congress program and presented.

Issuance of electronic participation certificates if the presentation requirement is met.

Publication of the accepted abstract in the ISBN-numbered Abstract Book.

Optional publication of the submitted full text, meeting scientific and publication criteria, in the ISBN-numbered Full Text Proceedings Book.

Participation in social programs within the framework of the conditions announced during the congress.
There will be no additional charge for publications included in the Abstract Book and Full Text Proceedings Book. Publication as a book chapter with an international publishing house is a separate publication option.
Accommodation and Food Support
Accommodation and meal support will be provided to congress participants attending in person as part of the organization. The scope of support, duration of accommodation, room arrangement, meals, and eligibility conditions may vary depending on the type of participation and registration status.
Since quotas may be limited, the conditions for receiving support and exact information will be communicated separately to participants after the registration process is complete.
Transportation, airfare, visas, personal expenses, and other costs not covered by the support program are the responsibility of the participants.
Guided Cultural Tour of Bukhara
A guided city tour showcasing Bukhara's historical and cultural heritage will be organized for in-person participants. The date, time, departure point, and participation requirements for the tour will be announced along with the congress program.
The tour itinerary may be changed depending on the opening hours of the places to be visited, weather conditions, and the organization's schedule.
Certificate of Participation
Provided that the accepted paper is presented at the congress, the applicant's name will be included in the application. Separate electronic participation certificates for all authors. will be arranged.
The documents will be sent to the authors' registered email addresses after the conference concludes.
Broadcasting Opportunities
ISBN-numbered Abstract Book
Accepted abstract lists, December 20, 2026 It will be included in the ISBN-numbered Abstract Book, scheduled for publication on [date].
ISBN-numbered Full Text Conference Proceedings
Submitting the full text is optional. Participants whose abstracts are accepted can attend the congress with only their abstracts and deliver their presentations.
Authors who wish to have their full text published should submit their work. December 18, 2026 They must submit them by [date]. Full texts that meet the scientific and publication requirements will be included in the ISBN-numbered Full Text Proceedings Book no later than [date]. December 25, 2026 It is scheduled to be published on [date].
Book Chapter at an International Publishing House
If at least three chapters from the congress meet the scientific evaluation and publication criteria, it is planned that these chapters will be published as book chapters by an internationally recognized publishing house.
This option is separate from the Full Text Proceedings publication. Additional fees may apply for editorial review, layout, ISBN, printing, and distribution. Acceptance of submissions depends on the publisher's review and publication policies.
Detailed terms, pricing, and submission process will be communicated separately to relevant authors once the required number of chapters has been reached.
19 May Social Sciences Journal
Studies that align with the journal's aims and scope can be submitted to the 19 May Social Sciences Journal for evaluation. Publication in the journal depends on adherence to the journal's writing guidelines, editorial review, and independent peer review. Acceptance at a conference does not guarantee publication in the journal.
